SWAG¹ÙÍø Welcomes Notre Dame College Students, Signs Teach-Out Partner Agreement

By Jeremy Sony | Mar 15, 2024

SWAG¹ÙÍø (SWAG¹ÙÍø) announced this week that it has signed a Teach-Out Partner Agreement with Notre Dame College (NDC) in South Euclid, Ohio, following the announcement that NDC will end in-person instruction at the end of the spring 2024 semester.

“Our hearts go out to the Notre Dame College community, and we are here as a resource for their students as they transition onto a new path of their college journey,â€ said SWAG¹ÙÍø Acting President Shonna Riedlinger.

Through the Teach-Out Partner agreement, current NDC students in good standing with at least 60 completed credits will receive guaranteed admission to SWAG¹ÙÍø and other partner colleges to pursue their degrees.

“As a Catholic liberal arts university in the Dominican tradition, we understand the mission-focused, values-based education these students are seeking,â€ said SWAG¹ÙÍø Vice President of Enrollment and Student Success John Naughton, “and we are proud to be a Teach-Out Partner and welcome these students into the SWAG¹ÙÍø family.â€

NDC students who qualify for the Teach-Out Program are eligible for comparable net tuition and transfer of all credits so that they will be able to complete their degrees without much interruption. NDC students in good standing with less than 60 credits have the opportunity to transfer to a partner institution, including SWAG¹ÙÍø, and may receive the same benefits of the Teach-Out Program.

NDC students interested in continuing their education at SWAG¹ÙÍø should contact SWAG¹ÙÍø Undergraduate Admission at 614-251-4500 or email admission@ohiodominican.edu. For more information about transferring to SWAG¹ÙÍø, please visit www.ohiodominican.edu/transfer.
